Costume party!
Alright, so, yes it was Halloween this last Friday. However, I don't believe that we should "give" the devil any days. I say, they're all God's days and the devil's too much of a jerk to have even a whole day to himself.
So, we and our friends got together and had a "Rockin' costume party" to celebrate costumes, not Halloween. Personally, I love costumes; and any excuse I get to wear one, I'm all over it. Here's some of what occured that night.
Our only trick or treaters. They made out like bandits!
Zatara the sheriff. She did a good job (except for the extreme farting).
So here's the story we came up with. The fairy realm was in trouble because the dark angel (Stephanie) did... something. I don't know what, but the fairies were in trouble and they needed to play the sacred song. However, they didn't have a super musician to rock out on the guitar. So their prince (Rick) called upon the Purple Avenger (Tiff-- look how pregnant I look in that picture!) to come and save the kingdom with her rock. Well, that's just what she does. So the sacred song was played--which happens to be "Carry on my wayward son" by Kansas (it's a favorite of Rick and Sean's on Rockband). The day was saved. And then Rosie the Riveter (Crystal) showed up and her and the Purple Avenger rebuild the fairy city on Rock 'n Roll.
